Competition terms and conditions

  1. Competition is open to female entrepreneurs aged 18 or over who are UK residents. Competition is not open to employees of The Royal Bank of Scotland Group of companies, Smarta.com, everywoman and the Financial Mail on Sunday and, their families or anyone associated with this competition.
  2. (One entry per person). Entries must be made via the competition internet page on NatWest.com are not returnable. They, and the copyright for them, become the property of the promoter. Entries must be submitted via the NatWest.com Competition internet page and be received by 5pm on 31 January 2009.
  3. Entries not submitted in accordance with these rules, delayed, damaged, incomplete, altered or illegible will be disqualified. No responsibility is accepted for entries lost, delayed or damaged through the online submission process. Proof of sending by e-mail will not be accepted as proof of entry.
  4. The prize will be awarded to the entrant who correctly answers the questions and who, in the judge's opinion, writes the most apt and original tie-breaker. The judge's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
  5. The prize comprises mentoring with Shaa Wasmund. The mentoring will be delivered through four sessions of one hour, at times to be agreed by the winner and Shaa and commencing no later than 1 June 2009. The prize is not transferable and no cash alternative is available. Two runners up will receive mentoring with an experienced member of the NatWest Women in Business team together with an everywoman Award winning female businesswoman. The mentoring will be delivered through three sessions of one hour spread at times to be agreed by the runners up, the Women in Business team member and the everywoman Award winning female businesswoman. Travel expenses such as rail travel and/or overnight accommodation incurred by the winner and the runners up in travelling to the mentoring session locations and agreed in advance with the promoter, will be reimbursed by the promoter on production of the relevant receipts.
  6. The Winner and runners up will be informed by phone or post by 5 March, when information about the winners will be available on the Women in Business pages on NatWest.com
